Can't list all launchd tasks even as root

Description
It would sure be nice to be able to list all the launchd tasks running on a system. As it stands right now, you have to check each user to see if they are running tasks of their own sudo -u USER launchctl list for every user.
sudo launchctl listall would sure be nice.
